We had reserved the truck 2 weeks in advance to be able to pick up from a location much closer to our former home. It was very inconvenient having to go and get the truck from a significantly further away location, so that we could have a truck at the time we asked for upfront. Kind of frustrating when you can literally see the exact truck from a different one of your facilities nearly right across from our old home, only to be told we will need to go drive a half hour elsewhere to get one, even though we'd had a reservation.
James MBeing left stranded in the heat with no resolution or assistance from U-Haul while on a time crunch to catch a flight is unacceptable. It is disappointing that U-Haul did not provide the level of service and support that you needed during this difficult time. Given the circumstances i had to endure, requesting a full refund for all the troubles and inconvenience you experienced is a reasonable request. I hope that U-Haul acknowledges their shortcomings and provides me with a satisfactory resolution.
ROMAN GIt's a nice environment to book uhaul inside a convenience store, I liked it. A dedicated uhaul office inside the store would make it better.

Michael KTruck was parked in a spot that made it very hard to get out of the parking lot. There were cars parked in front and directly behind so had to wait for those cars to move in order to leave. Going through the mobile pick up process was no easy and took a very long time. Overall very poor experience and would not recommend.

Parag JThis was out of the way for us but it was the only available truck. The service was great the people were friendly and courteous. Noite the latch on the truck was not in good condition something that one could not easily see till one started driving.
