It took me 40 mins to do a mobile pickup also the lock was extremely hard to open. I wouldn't recommend a mobile pickup to ever again. Also I was told if I'd bring the truck back to this location I'd pay like half the amount. From $148 to $75 after discounting they only took off $17 because I was charged the mileage to bring back. Made zero sense.

Adrian MAddress, suite number, and business name are all incorrect. I had to drive around several buildings to find trucks and hope it was the right place but they weren't even open. Had to call Uhaul to change reservation so I could check in with app. The truck had some fender damage that should be fixed soon and it was filthy.

Kenneth GOne price was not what I thought it would be based on site. When you arrive this is in manned and no one knows what is going on equipment had bad tires and was just open no employee to help. The address is to another company and equipment is just in parking lot. It was a joke
lloyd oThe location supposedly was open until 5P, I arrived at 4:20P and found the doors locked (which is the basis for my answers on clean/inviting and helpful personnel.. The little sign inside the window noting the business name didn't coincide with the name of the business that was provided by U-Haul. The location is also hard to find as there was no signage on the door or building for the retailer, and it's set way in the back of a bunch of other small-business, warehouse type buildings all connected to each other. The only way I realized I was in the right location was the suite number provided in the return location and that there were two U-Haul trucks nearby, which is where I parked the trailer that I rented. Goggle maps wasn't very helpful in that the street address is at the entrance to the warehouses, so had to drive around to find the associated suite. All in all, not the best experience in returning a trailer.
Kenneth SGreat experience only complaint is there was a lot of dog hair in it. Especially on the seat belt in the middle seat.
Samuel MFirst, I appreciate the owner's willingness to make the experience right. The entire process should have been explained beforehand, not knowing that no one would be there to help check out and check-in. I should have been advised that no blankets would be available as well.

CARMEN MThe Uhaul listing showed open on Sundays, but no one is onsite. Upon arrival, you have to call and wait for someone to show up. I waited over 20 minutes, I had reserved a 6x12 trailer. Since no one was around, I connected it myself. I had also reserved a furniture dolly with the trailer since I was moving large items by myself. When I arrived, there was not one to be found. Just excuses of why he didn't have one. I consider that poor planning/customer service. He also did not try and offer any other option like a 2 wheel dolly or anything. When I returned the trailer, 2:00 pm on a Monday, again no one was there and the doors were locked. And once again, it was a matter of having to call and wait for someone. I finally ended up disconnecting the trailer myself and checking in online. I will continue to use Uhaul in the future, but I will not use this location.

Kaitlin MBusiness was closed during business hours. We had to switch to a larger truck because the keys were inside the business. It cost more in fuel and 15 foot instead of a van. It took over an hour to get the into the 15 foot truck. I would not recommend this location. The Golden Triangle location is more efficient and has a better and bigger selection of trucks.
