Drop off location had no space to turn around the large truck with a tow dolly attached, expected me to go out of my way to figure out how to back up heavy tow dolly by hand and offered NO assistance in putting it in a space UPHILL manually because there was not enough room for the truck where the tow dolly was to be placed! Staff not helpful! I do not recommend this drop off location for large equipment.
TINA TThis was a self-return location so none of the questions above apply. The online return process was difficult. I'm not sure if it was due to poor cell service in the area or the app itself but the photos wouldn't upload and I couldn't get to the next screen even though I kept hitting the button. It took me over 40 minutes and in the end i just had to trust the information was uploaded.
