TONY DI was very pleased with the rental of an enclosed trailer at Margies Antiques. I opted for a two day rental plus insurance in case I needed those days. I was able to accomplish my task in a timely manner and was only charged for one day. The agent was very helpful in the scheduling and final billing. I would highly recomment this location and the agent.

Carol ELocation had litter, debris and carpeting all throughout parking lot and entrance. Smelled heavily of cat urine and due to the app glitching on photos, we were there over an hour trying to return the truck (opening and closing truck for interior/exterior photos) and trying to get full pics in a cramped lot … the app would delete them when I got to last photo so I had to keep restarting, finally tried taking photos out of order in reverse and luckily went through. The app is terrible, needs redone - had I known I would have never opted to use it and just picked up and dropped off during business hours and rearranged the move so it could have gone smoothly at pick up and drop off

I understand you have a policy according to her that you need to know what location I am going to, but she requested specifically to know where I am going to be sleeping at that night... as in what address will I be residing at for that night. I did not understand her question fully, so I initially told her the address that I am dropping the truck off, the destination point. Then she repeated her question but got a little louder, as in to make the question more clear. I told her I will be staying in Ada because I work at the hospital tomorrow, and she asked what hotel. I said that's really none of your business and no one has ever asked me that before. She stuck her finger at me and raised her voice and said no where will YOU be at tonight because we need to know in case you don't return the truck. I said you have all my information, I don't really feel that's any of your business. Anyway, I gave her an address to satisfy her. Also, she asked me the exact same questions about what additional supplies do I need and I already filled all that out on the reservation. This lady was kind of a jackass...

Raymond LMargie was friendly and courteous, and took the time needed to make sure I had all the information I needed. She even straightened out a problem with the invoice cheerfully and quickly. She maintains a large inventory of vehicles, and has an easy location for pickup and drop off.

Pam LWas due to drop off at 9:03 on.Sunday morning. We arrived at 8:45 to find out they didn't open until noon. Wasn't advised of this earlier. Was a nightmare trying to drop off. The app we were told to download took forever (not good reception in the area). But no way to insure the two dollies we rented would be secure until the facility opened. After 1 1/2 hours of three phone calls, sending pictures of numerous documents and other things, we were told we'd be charged a late fee because it was after 9:03 (which I am protesting) . Was a horrific experience. Would not recommend because of the Drop Off procedure.
