Everyone at Marion self storage was very helpful during our move .I couldn't ask for nicer and more friendly folks.the place facility was very secure.

Possessions were safe & secure. Always felt personally safe when going in & out of the storage area. . Only problem was upon moving out discovered rats or mice had feasted on a stored rug. I had stored the rolled up rug on the floor of unit & not elevated it. There were no other damages.

Mr. Joe and Mrs. Melissa are the ABSOLUTE BEST. I started working with them over a year ago and every transaction has been profession, smooth, and seamless. I can call and they are always willing to answer any question and help me with U-Haul rentals as well as any storage issues that came up. At one time I had 3 storages with the company so this review is solely from my experience in the last 15 month working with Whites. I would not rent from anyone else due to the customer service I received with them! I give this location 5 starts that are well deserved.

The customer service is GREAT!! Every time I call with a concern, they take care of it and left me with no worries!! Very respectful, nice staff that really care!! 10000/10 lol <3

#2 Facility secure. but no lighting (well lite from the natural light)

Everything went pretty well. Please continue to spray for roaches and bugs in the facility. Frankly, I was afraid to take the boxes home in fear that I would transport roaches and bugs from the storage space to my home. Frankly, that would be a major negative consideration if I decided to use or recommend your facility in the future. Otherwise, the experience was good.

went up on prices without notice. said they sent out letters that said they were going to sell my items. never received the notices, this is such a great way to treat someone who is disabled.
