Everything was good, except they force you to take coverage and they charge way more than they used to. Rip off
Petr AFor some reason the price changed. It was $29,95 when I reserved the trailer but $45 when I paid my bill. I didn't understand that change in price. The lady at this location is more than fantastic, she is an amazing representative for UHaul. My first dealing with this store and she could not do enough for me!!! She is what every retail rep should be like, kind, polite, sensitive to the needs of all her customers! Absolutely an amazing experience from this location. I would rent from there again!!!! I should have gotten her name as she is impressive. David
DAVID HWe rent trucks at least once a month on average and nearly every time there is an issue. Pick up locations change without us knowing too often. 20' Trucks never available in our Exeter location.

Eric BI have been a frequent customer of U-Haul and I usually have a bad experience. In this case, I used this location a second time since my first experience with them had been great. A repeat great! They stand way above the rest.

Mike GI just rented for the one day van. Which should be $84. We got charged for $192. Most of the times i am getting overcharged multiple times. I am constant and very respectful regular person of U-haul and all my team guy's also use u-haul for them. I don't know why this happened to us all the time. We were under our allowed daily kms. We cleaned the vehicle prior to return. We made sure to respect the u-haul vehicle as our own vehicle. Still we have to face charges issues.
abhishek gI was not impressed when my mother asked to use the washroom which the lady said yes which was nice. I was on crutches and was asked to keep my hands where she could see them which was very inappropriate. The rest was okay with me
Larry WI found it difficult to find this pickup location. It has an entrance on a side street …. However the most confusing part is that the U-haul website continues to list another location on Dundas Street in London - approximately 1,5 km further east - that NO LONGER EXISTS! Please remove this location from the website and other customers will be find the correct location much easier.

hadish jOver all good but I could have drop it off at a closer location as they had another truck there for the next person. I was charged for going over km's a little bit plus putting gas in it to. If I know that then would not have filled it were it should have been. Would have left it down a little.
