When checking out, the system changed our rental cost from $275 to $350. The agent called U-Haul help line and got it changed back to $275 but it was inconvenient and unexpected.

Truck was horribly dirty inside cab and back end. I spent an hour cleaning cab so it was suitable for the 14 hour drive to Denver.

We order Dollie's and blankets and neither weee in the truck when we picked it up. We had to go to harbor freight and spend $100 on an appliance dolly because we absolutely needed it. Plus we got charged for them. I will be called your office to see about a refund. If it's not available don't charge people for it and give them a heads up that it won't be there

I was charged $288 for a damage/missing fee. Some of that may have been moving blankets that we didn't return but there was 0 damage to the truck and trailer while I had it. I tried to call the location 5 times to ask what damage they saw and no one ever answered… extremely frustrating

I had never rented a U-Haul truck before, and the man who was working took time to show me how everything operated. I would recommend Marv's to anyone renting U-Haul equipment.

Truck was very jerky, it pulled really hard whenever you hit a small bump. Needed definitely 2 hands on wheel at all time or it would pull you around.

A couple engine warning lights came on in the middle of our short move (25 miles), one looked like an oil light and the other an engine valve. The vehicle still operated fine but made us nervous enough to bring it back a day early, and we will need to still rent one for another day of moving. Not sure what could be done to remedy the situation, maybe nothing but it was a bummer.

Marv's Consignments was excellent. We did find the main Uhaul website difficult to travel through as each place seemed to be different. We will definitely be starting anyone we know to Marv's for the best deal.

I had a great experience! As soon as I pulled into the lot, a gentleman was there to meet us. I told him about the moving blanket issue and he immediately refunded me for the 10 blankets I didn't get. Marv's was fantastic!!!!!
