SHARI MTrès sympathiques et professionnels. Equipment clean and ready for rental. Uhaul called early to make substitution when original location had problem providing truck. The locations were only about 1 mile apart. Very convenient and worked well.

Stephen SIt'd be better if the trucks tanks would be full at the pickup and not at a random level. Because if the customer brings less gas than what he/she got at pickup, you will charge without hesitation, but if the customer brings more gas than when he/she picked up the truck : no reimbursement from U-haul. This isn't treating customers fairly.
Vincent DThe location was average, however the UHaul experience was less the average from the on line use to NOTHING being what was reserved!! Pick location was what was reserved and neither was the drop off… Not happy

John HThe van had a warning pop up while driving saying "Service Stablitrack" and the steering wheel was not perfectly aligned with the wheel, so to drive straight, the steering wheel auto turned left to drive straight. Once I brought it back, told the guy and he was like oooh that's not good and said he would take it off the road until it gets fixed. Everything else was great
