My truck did not have the dolly nor the 24 blankets that I ordered (and paid for). This made my move much harder.

Please improve on the app. It is very complicated trying to receive and send information through the uhail app.
La RIt was just my experience being there. I was supposed to get my truck someplace else but got detoured and cause me to wait for over 2 hours of waiting because of U-Haul mess up. I place my reservation and it end up having to go to another place to pick up my truck

Ned KThe location is in an area with very poor cell phone connection making the 'mobile' pick up almost impossible. Collecting the vehicle was like being on a weird game show where the patience of the contestant is tested to breaking point. The staff at the location were nice enough but the process was a nightmare. Two identical vehicles were available at a location much closer to me. I was told they were "booked" but neither moved in the 24 hours before or after my rental period. I only need the vehicle for 6 hours. The check engine light was on when I collected the vehicle. Ran rough. Not the most fun I've ever had.
Duncan HNo issues with this location. However, major inconvenience with U-Haul! Reserved a truck for pickup in one location and got confirmation. Text changed locations the next day. Second location never had a truck available after U-Haul said they did. U-Haul eventually found this truck at the third location - 20 miles from my beginning point. I shouldn't be charged for mileage or inconvenience. I would seriously reconsider using U-Haul's automated systems. Only 2 good points - women I spoke to at customer service was wonderful and no issues with the vehicle.
Michael L$30 to put gas in the vehicle is extremely uncalled for. $30 just to pump gas. That's a rip-off.
