CHARNELL HVehicle was clean but lacked windshield washer fluid. It was clean enough but because it lacked fluid I say no it wasn't well maintained. I dropped off the vehicle with more gas than I received it yet I was still charged nearly $10 for fuel. The location has very poor cell reception so uploading the necessary pictures to check out the vehicle took nearly 30 minutes each time.
Jared DNO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO ASSIST US WITH THE UHAUL RENTAL WE EVEN HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND THE TOW DOLLY WAS SITTING OUTSIDE WITH EXPIRED TABS WE WAITED OVER TWO HOURS, UNBELIEVABLE

Kiarra BYou wanted me to return it to a different location but I couldn't get ahold of anyone to find out about a discount for returning farther and out of the way. After bouncing around on the phone I returned it where I got it. If I rent another i will not even consider returning other than where I want to. Not happy with your lack of service on this. Mau was very helpful and apologetic for your calls and texts
