Jeffrey BThe trailer I rented had exceeding rusty wheels, and the roll up door needed lubrication. (I oiled the rollers on the door). The trailer towed just fine, but is certainly near the end of its useful life.

BRADLEY RTruck is very worn out. Low power, lose steering
GARY PTruck has 123k miles on it. The muffler has a hole in it making truck very loud to drive. It has low power requiring to press on the accelerator more than usual. There is no backup camera! Truck is in rough shape on the exterior as well. The facility where I rent my trucks is first class.

john sThe staff @ the location are great! I did not like the return process w/the drop box for key and then having to take a bunch of pics in the cold winter, however, the warning sign on the drop box implied that you'd be charged extra in the contract fine print if you didn't do the mobile check-in. we had already dropped the key in the box after locking the truck, so couldn't take all the pics. A lock was provided for the back sliding door, but no key which seemed odd. we didn't need to lock it, so no concern for us. I'd recommend removing the back door lock if a key isn't providing. Rent a storage unit there and the property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful!!! I'd recommend the facility.

ADAM VThe app is difficult to use. Cell service is not fantastic at the location and the app forces you to answer and re-answer whether or not you want various additional services like storage, or moving help and it just locks up the phone. Very slow to get to the point of completing the rental.
LAURA PNo one was there and there was not enough room to leave the truck with all the other drop offs. I got charged for gas when I returned it to the same level I picked it up at.

CASEY PPlease point out to the customer that there is a $20 fee for after hours return (not sure why). It was on the form I signed, but I didn't notice it until later. I was given instructions of where to put the key if they were closed. I did get back 15 minutes before closing so I didn't have that "surprise" charge. Other than that I was happy with the truck and service.

Myles MI was charged more then agreed upon
jeffrey s$7,5 fuel charge?! I traveled 25 miles and put 3 gallons into your 9' van. That means the van carrying me and a 250 lb. load got less than 8 mpg. The needle was moved higher than where it was to begin IF it is parked in the same spot and nose-down orientation (which is how I left it). The fuel gauge moves at least 1/16 when the vehicle is moved to level ground. Had trouble with your web app, so your guy checked it in. Never had this trouble with Uhaul before.

Gary PAfter changing pickup location once with phone and text notification, it was changed again the night before pickup. I had to drive 10-15 minutes out of my way to pick up the truck and then had to request add'l miles for the day. This could have been handled better by offering a reduced rate or extra miles proactively, or perhaps offer me a couple of different pickup locations when the first and second confirmed locations were no longer available.

Caitlin MI added a rental for moving blankets at the last minute and was surprised by a $40 rental charge for 6 moving blankets. Most locations charge $10. Nice people but they are gouging people - I would not recommend this location.
