GAYE CMy rental was actually processed by Carlos at the UHaul location next door to McBrides. I believe it was Central UHaul instead. Carlos went far above the call of duty timing get our rental completed. I can't say enough about how well he served our needs. In addition, Sue at 277 Reservation Road UHaul was also very helpful. PETER LMcBrides has been the best experience so far. I prefer to rent with them. They respond to what you need and they are professional. At other places, I was stuck on 800 numbers if I had a question. At McBrides they assist you directly.
Madonna VConnie is amazing. She got in touch with me well ahead of time and asked me what my plan was for returning the rental. She was very accommodating, gave me clear instructions on where I should go and what I should do, then touched base with me when I arrived on location to make sure everything was good. Awesome experience.
