Paul WBetter help or instructions. I didn't leave there until 12:15 -12:20 because the gentleman wouldn't help me. He just kept saying I chose 24/7. I didn't understand I had to download and check out the UHaul through an app. So I left late returned the truck around 12 something and was charged an extra full days charge. This was no customer or user friendly. There was a pile of dirt in the back of the truck we had to remove and when driving you had to hold the wheel at an angle to figure out how to keep the truck straight. I have to say this is the FIRST time I have ever had an issue while using U-Haul and I have been using it for years. I'm 49 years old.

Jonathan RThe gentlemen told me to just back into the fenced area and "drop it off". I explained that I couldn't lift it off the ball, due to a back surgery, but he came out to do it. Not happy about the $15 cleaning charge. I called and asked why I was charged and he said "you didn't sweep it out". I recall there being very little if any debris in the back of the 12x6. Feels like just another attempt to squeeze money out of a customer.
BRET BThe guy at this location lied about where I returned the fuel, charging me a fuel fee, and sent in the wrong picture of a dirt pile and charged me a cleaning fee. I Completely swept the back and wiped down the cab. Either he checked out the wrong truck or he was trying to be malicious

Theodoro AThe gentleman who assisted us with unloading the car from the trailer was excellent. But he was not the proprietor of this location. He was checking inventory and just happened to be there when we showed up to see if they were open yet. Even though it was not his responsibility to help us, he obviously is a valuable employee.

Darren AThere should be more information upon booking on mileage limitations and gas refills. I booked the Uhaul one way to pay a flat rate. I did not see anywhere on any of the millions of forms I did about mileage. And not giving me the agreement until I'm in a parking lot waiting to get in the truck is ridiculous. And some info on how to fill the tank to where it was - how am I supposed to know how many gallons is a quarter tank?

ernesto gYour locations should have the necessary equipment to complete a check in. For instance, no scanner meant we had to try your app to upload the drivers license. I do not allow any app to access my camera so this did not work. total frustration for everyone. Just one example of a check in system designed for you and not for the customer. In general your check in system is designed for you and not for the customer. Come on-two references?
