GERRY KI don't understand why the vehicle couldn't be picked up at the requested location. The requested location and this one are in the same town, a few miles away. Better customer service would have been for you to move the vehicle to the requested location instead of inconveniencing the customer.

TIMOTHY KReturned truck. As required. Clean And fueled. When I interacted with drop off employee. All they could say was. Turn in key the key they did not inspect the truck or fuel levels. Only said give me key. Thsts all I need to go That's it. Send you email receipt. Took several hours to get the receipt by email and that was after contacting the location I rented from. Expressing my concerns on the drop off location

NDREW BHave the equipment at the location that the customer requested. There are reasons why we pick location. The customer doesn't work for U-Haul so start doing your job and not relying on your customers doing it for you for FREE!!!

Michael PI had a pickup at 1 pm and was mad to wait about 20 or more minutes before I was even able to get the keys, then on drop off I walk inside to give the keys about 7:05 and marked that I turned them in at 7:20 and was charged for 2 renting sessions bringing my bill to double what it was.
Austin LThe people inside the gas station were not knowledgeable about the U-Haul practices. I rented a furniture dolley and did not receive it. Decided it wasn't even worth the $7 to try and get my money back.

Maddy LThe equipment was not clean, there were several sanitary issues with the equipment which was displeasing. Furthermore, I got the equipment with HALF a tank of gas & picked it up at a location that was a GAS STATION. Super frustrating!
