Customer service was excellent and the vehicle was in good condition.
MITCHELL SI had trouble checking in for my rental online so I went in the location for assistance. The front desk clerk was very nice and finished the check in for me. She then took us to the vehicle and made sure everything was good to go. She is a keeper and deserves a raise.

The process was super easy and the drop off went perfectly! I will definitely go there to have business done for my vehicle when the time comes!

Kailee SUnfortunately, the blankets we needed were not in the truck. It was after hours, nothing we could do. I called the next day, the person was so kind. Did her best to remedy the situation. We picked up the truck at night, lighting was well, convenient location.

I'd steal one of your employees with half his enthusiasm, and I'm not lieing.

We rode with a window open 1/2 way down so that my daughter's headache would stop. The comfort of the truck was uncomfortable, the cabin had no storage for personal belongings....purse, feet, legs, too cramped.

Heather TI had a great experience dropping off my truck! In my reservation, I accidentally said I would drop off my truck by 11:45 AM. I received a call from one of the staff members about it and we quickly resolved the issue. Although I made a serious mistake, they were friendly and willing to work with me. I really appreciate their friendliness and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to drop off their rented items!

The U-Haul rep I spoke to Fri am was great n went out of his way to help me but the problem was the U-Haul online database let me book a reservation for a local move only truck to be used as a one way move. I booked the reservation a few days before but found out the morning of the move when Daryl called me when we were on our way to pick up the truck. He tried to find another truck but they were all booked up n being used so I had to use the truck in Slidell as a local move and bring it back in 24 hours. It ended up costing twice as much $ plus driving but Daryl did refund the $50 since U-Haul guaranteed the reservation or they would pay me $50 so that helps set the price difference by ⅓. About $150 to $100 so I very much appreciated his help. Other than that it was a great experience on U-Haul n the Meineke location.
