Very friendly staff at Memmer's TrueValue Farm Store. Princeton, Indiana. The trailer was in great shape, all lights worked & the tires appeared to be fairly new. Easy pick up & drop off. I have rented U-HAUL trailers from Memmer's before & will definitely rent again.

BRENDA AI had trouble with the app working and had to go inside. I didn't want to have to deal with them again, as it was second time in the store and the mobile thing was a joke. It is not user friendly at all! You had my license, my home address and my cell phone number and then wanted a second point of contact AND my employer information. Completely ridiculous.

BRETT BThe truck was clean with some minor sticky spots by the cup holders. The truck itself sounded rough and when we were going up some steep hills it jerked really bad like it might not make it up the hill. That was a little scary since we were out in the country with not a lot of houses or anything around us. Hoping the truck we are getting next Saturday doesn't do this. Also the verification process took awhile and we were picking it up at 6AM so the person we were having as the second person to verify wasn't aware or awake. Would be nice if that part could be done the day before.
Jennifer BRevamp the app you want someone to check in with. I will never use the uhaul app again, a waste of memory and data on my phone. I will rate it one star in the app store.

Brian CGentleman was very courteous and personable. Van was clean and ready to go. U-Haul needs to add cruise control to their vans since the foot gets tired over a long trip.

LISA SIt was fine. One comment again- was told by your email to drop off st 7:15 and they dodnt even opem until 10am so got there had to go home and then come back when they opened wasting miles at $1 a mile is kinda crazy to me. You guys need to get your hours straight on your email.
Calah CI personally did not have a good pick up..was talked to very rude and lectured on how I made a bad choice on not getting insurance for my rental.

James LDidn’t have the appliance dolly when I got there and I was charged for gas when I put more in than what was in it when I picked it up.
Jeremy BFirst off kind of rude I went to extend one day and tries to charge me deposit and for two days rental I had to call the 1800 number to fix that cause the person wasn’t trying to help at all wouldn’t let me drop it off at the location by my house had to drive an extra hour to drop off after driving all night with only one break light and no blinkers on the equipment and was like that before I rented it the renter seen it and told me take it or not he wasn’t fixing it didn’t have time and I was on a time limit I would like a refund for the whole day I was charged for and I was only an hour late after arguing with the lady about the price she gave me…rufund refund refund
James BWhen a certain product is reserved for a customer not let UHAUL pick that product up the same day to relocate it. This error was not on memmers, the error was on UHAUL.
James SWe rented a 15 ft and found out the next day after loading it, that we needed more space . So we called back to see what we were gonna do and they suggested a pull behind trailer. They saved one for us , changed our return date, and hooked it up. Then after we reached our destination, we had to call to keep the U-Haul 2 days longer. That wasn't a problem either. Everyone was very patient with us and very polite. I would definitely recommend them again.

Jason MThe guy at the counter was rude. Then he got frustrated with the computer. Then we finally got the key for our truck and he rudely said" it has to be back by 5 cause it's due to be out again". He take the dolly out puts it in the back and shuts the door and says "there" and walks off. The inside was filthy!!! I mean down right disgusting. One reverse light didn't work. The heat didn't hardly work and we couldn't move the side mirrors. When I go to take it back the young lady that helped us was much nicer but her dog wouldn't quit barking at us. I told her the issues with the truck and she said " well nothing I can do it's leaving again.

jim tI got charged for furniture and Dolly and it wasn't even in the truck. The truck ran awful and was pretty banged up. The staff was friendly and helpful and they deserve 5 stars however the equipment was disappointing.
