Excellent communication and customer service!
PATRICK JOver priced charged for things I didn't use or have asked for sone kind of discounts was told sorry nothing they can do picked the rental up with 3/4 tank of gas returned with the same amount of gas as picked up charged 70 dollars

ALAINA SThis location was fine but we had to drive 60 miles one way to get a trailer. The location I had reserved a trailer said sorry we don't have a trailer for you and you are sol. So we scrambled to locate and get a trailer. Not a good way to do business.

Nancy KNo one was at the pick up location, I waited over 45 min before going about my day, I never once heard from anyone at this supposed business.The Drop off was never made clear and the app stated I could drop off at my nearest location and the person at the drop off said it was okay yet I've received Several receipts for 4-5x the original rental amount! I would never recommend this company to anyone ever!

Michael ESo, when the clerk took me out for the unit it was not in the yard, so she indicated she would change the reservation to a different unit, Not a problem for us, however when she came back, I asked her if I would get a new condition test prompt like I did for the first unit and she said, "No". She said, "She switched the unit, and I was all set to go". We did not have a problem, but if we have to inspect the first unit, which was missing, and do a text reply, then why not the replacement unit? My thought is we were driving a unit with a different plate number, but were to do a damage check on a unit that was not there. Just seemed like a gap in the procedure. Also we had to wait about 20 minutes because of the slow computer.

Robert TI had no problems with my rental. The trailer I reserved was ready to go, and both the check in and return were handled quickly.
Kevin MOur pick up process was the most complicated U-haul pick up I've experienced. The original trailer assigned to us was broken and did not have working lights. It was also located way in the back of the property and was not easily accessible. After the complicated process of hooking it up, it was found that the trailer lights weren't working. Luckily, there was a newer trailer available and we were switched to that model. We had to return back to the far end of the property to then hook that trailer up. This whole process took close to an hour for pick up. If we had been on more a time crunch for our U-haul usage, this would have set us back greatly on our timeline. In the future, it would be nice if this U-haul dealer would have tested the trailer prior to our arrival and have it ready in a more accessible location. The customer service was friendly and the attendants were apologetic for our experience, but it was the lack of prior planning and preparation that created our negative experience.

chuck lPICKED UP LATE DUE TO MANAGER OPENING LATE AND WAS HOPING TO PULL A DOLLY BUT WAS OUT OF STOCK. AFTER RENTING THE CAR HAULER AND PULLING I WAS GLAD FOR THE CHANGE AS IT PULLED VERY EASY AND WAS VERY EASY TO USE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT OVER A DOLLY.

Frank LWeren't overly concerned out the cab being so bouncy. Did remind me that I was driving a big vehicle. I have driven them before but was concern by how hard it shook.
