This location was short staffed and the pick up process was very slow. One person was managing our U-Haul, chopping raw meat at the butcher counter for other customers and answering phone calls in between. The computer system was very slow and wouldn't load properly on their computer. I would not use this location again or recommend to a friend.

The staff at this location were not helpful and asides the location u-haul on its own gave me a very frustrating first use of service. First dey moved my pickup location and when I got to the location I had to wait more than an hour to pick up the truck bcos another customer didn't finalize their drop-off.

I reserved vehicle and when I try to take the vehicle, the dealer took more than 30 minutes to complete the process and provide the key.. actually I wasted around 40 mins of time in dealer location itself

I encountered a young man who had just been hired-he had only been there for two days and was clearly unfamiliar with the processes. To simplify things, I decided to apply online, expecting a smoother experience. However, I ended up waiting for an hour just to get a truck that I only needed for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, he mistakenly added $21 in extra charges, despite my clear decision to opt out of them. When I pointed this out, he outright denied making the error, and blamed me for it despite showing proof from my phone. Fortunately, another staff member-a kind and knowledgeable lady who truly understood customer service-stepped in and resolved the issue. Businesses must do better in training their employees properly. New hires should receive thorough orientation and spend adequate time shadowing experienced staff before handling customers independently.

better quality vehicles, and available from a clean normal office, not a dirty as hell 3rd world market.
