We had several items damaged due to leaks in the box of the truck. If they would have told us the box leaked, we would have put plastic bins on the floor instead of cardboard boxes and put down plastic pallets for our furniture. Never again will we use U-Haul for our moving needs!

Clear parking space needed for returning rental trailer

Robert CThis location is claiming we drove more miles than we did, & that we didn't replace the gas in the vehicle. This is an outright lie considering I replaced the gas AT THIS LOCATION 3 minutes before I gave the keys back. I have transaction history from my bank, this location, and Shell themselves, yet I've yet to hear back from U Haul regarding a refund even after providing this information. This is AFTER 2 locations we had reservations at failed to provide. So it also looks like U Haul lies about that policy as well.
Lloyd NMake sure rental is sanitized and windows are cleaned. I couldn't confirm if any of this was done but overall my pickup went well.
