Rep tried to charge me $8 for fuel, after returning the van with the same amount of fuel in it before i took the van. When i rented the van i paid for insurance, to cover the van just in case if anything happen to it, the rep did not ask me to inspect but when i brought it back he started inspecting for damage, rep don't talk with low voice, hash response to quotation

When we arrived we weren't sure it was the right location. No clear/obvious sign that it was a Uhaul drop off location, since it's a second hand car dealership. Truck had to be parked on the opposite side of the street. Staff member however that received me, was helpful and promptly helped me with my return.

Well my initial pickup site had to be changed due to double booking but I was contacted promptly by a U-Haul representative with a timely solution. My overall experience using U-Haul was for the most part unproblematic from pickup to drop off and yes I would use again as well as recommend.

Location was extremely dirty. The U-Haul had bad lights and the windshield wipers didn't work.

Van tank was empty Indicators didn't work Van was not clean Parking location at return was occupied so I had to park on the street Pick up location changed within less than one hour from the scheduled time

The 40 + dollars quoted turns into 200 I thought was a bit much for a few hours rental.

This gentleman saved my life. He was there for me to help me out with the rental. I called u-haul and customer service over the phone was inept and useless. This man helped me to troubleshoot the rental and the extensions I needed. Merci.

Un mejor mantenimiento en los vehículos,el van k renté no tenía una gota de aceite,le falta va aire en una goma y el fluido de freno estaba muy bajo. Gracias

The system on the vehicle indicated that the oil levels were low. There was a sensor indicating low air tire. The returned miles read 23255 they wrote 23262 that is seven miles extra. I took a picture of the odometer. Maybe this was just a mistake but still. No parking for customers.

The only thing I'd recommend is filling the tank with gas. Other than that, everything was great! The gentleman at this location was very kind and professional. The customer service representative who helped us reserve the van was also excellent. We appreciate your help!

I chose not to include CDW when I made my reservation. The clerk did include it in the contract and I had to pay for it. My fault for not reviewing the contract as I was in a hurry but I am afraid this clerk or owner does this all the time since there was another customer there who was also complaining for the same reason.

Extremely professional and friendly service. Very accommodating with my late pick up arrival and the gentleman responsible just made me feel very welcome in a very respectful manner. Especially for a woman having to do my own move by myself I found the experience very pleasant in dealing with this location and the person in charge. Would go back anytime and recommend this specific location to friends.

Make sure that you honor the contract and now shady charges are send after. I was charged for 4 gallons of gas when I only use a Van for 12 miles. I addition I was charged with an insurance that I didn't even request, then more ghost charges appeared. I'm still waiting for a solution.
