Debra BThe van wasn't clean on the out side. I had to sweep the inside because it had coffee beans on the floor. The AC vent was missing from the dash. The van ran good and he AC worked. It only had 8k miles. I washed it before I returned it.
DARLENE HDidnt expect to pay 80 plus dollars for a cargo van to just drive 30 miles. That's outrageous.
Kyle WMichael, was very helpful and went above and beyond by seeking corporate approval for adding additional days and mileage to our contract due to UHaul's inability to provide us the equipment we reserved. The overall UHaul experience with corporate regrettably was less than stellar; it is proof positive how having a near monopoly on the moving rental business allows for poor customer service.

Dan SThis is the best place to rent a U-haul. It is conveniently located 1 block away from the 101 Freeway in a safe and established business neighborhood. Mike is very pleasant, level headed and accommodating. The location is perfect for ease of hook up, and return due to the large parking lot in front of the storage yard gate. There is plenty of room for separate vehicle parking directly North of the storage lot. I would definitely come back and see Mike when we need to rent a U-haul. It is good doing business with Mike.
Ruth GSo much damage to the truck not visible at night pick up dues to extremely dark conditions for a business doing transactions at night such as these. Hard to see anything wrong with truck and didn't notice other obvious damages to truck on roof until after we picked up and were already in possession of the truck. Cab not cleaned recently, wood chips everywhere inside and at wipers or bark. Also truck felt more rough riding than any other tick I er ever experienced. It literally felt at times that the drive line wasn't engaging or that it was going to fall apart. Gas documented was actually less than what was in truck and milage over as well. Picking up on dark location made it impossible to document all damages and app and online reservation issues cause a three hour delay in pick up time of truck which really was not helpful to our already limited time frame, causing a later return than expected by us.i would only rent here again if I absolutely had no other choice.

Dawn NThe vehicle was in very poor condition. Michael did everything he could to get me down the road. It is UHaul that failed!! This vehicle was the only one available and 30 miles away from where I rented it. There was No Oil in the engine!! Michael put 3,5 qts in and it was still low. The gage read 0 % oil life remaining. I was on a very tight schedule and had to leave that day with that equipment. I already delayed from Friday as I was told they needed time to find equipment. UHaul did very very poorly for this experience!! I am glad I made it without the engine failing! Not satisfied at all!!!!
Jonathan CTrailer latch was damaged or broken to where when we hit a speed bump trailer came off the ball with a vehicle on it damaging the trailer to where we could not jack up and had to lift by hand. Owner of shop hooked up trailer completely and when we arrived in reno after rigging trailer to make it the rest of the 6 hour drive over donner pass In snow with no trailer lights due to them sheer g wires off when came disconnected. Uhaul said they would contact us on a conclusion with all the vehicle damages and we have not heard anything and it's been a week
