Let me know up front the drop off would be virtual. Aside from that, the gentleman that helped me was great!
JOHN CThere were no personnel to assist and there was not any cell signal to be able to use the U-Haul QR code to their posted link. I did not receive the items I paid for and I had to deal with an additional item I did not request. Again, no one on site to address this issue or confirm check out was on time.
Christo HEverything was great! I was concerned about checking in with the app, so the Virtual Assistant option at Midgard was perfect! The 15' truck I rented was clean and ready to go.
Elmo Lmost inconvenient AI I've ever used. I spoke to a rep who took all my info, sent me a link to the app. put all my info in the app, got to the pick up and had to give all my info a third time. Returning is even more of a nightmare. No cell coverage to upload a photo of gas and mileage. The personnel and location are great, Its the UHaul system thats awful. I rented a UHaul last year and it was just as bad.

THOMAS FBrad was beyond super helpful during my U-Hual rental experience. I came in last minute on a Saturday morning and he got us hooked up with a 20-foot truck for the day. This was a life saver! The transaction was quick while being super professional and very thorough regarding expectations and how to operate the truck. We will be renting again this week! I would highly recommend Brad and this location to anyone looking for a U-Haul rental.

RoseMarie CThe cab of the truck could have been cleaned better - the cup holders were disgusting. The floors could at least be vacuumed out. And if you tell me there will be someone there to help me check in so that I don't have to do it myself - please do me the favor and show up. Otherwise - it was a seamless experience.
Ronald BFacility is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Had to do a self return by myself which was difficult as I had a hard time getting the trailer off the ball/hitch due to the weight of it and fact that the location was on a slight incline which put more weight on the ball. I would have selected a different location if I had known that they would not be open on the day of return. Self return took a number of attempts as the app was very slow to upload the return photos.

David AMy rentals were not prorated for the rentals on the 2nd or 9th of December. I turned both in early.
John TThe truck had over 160K miles on it and it was not road worthy. Steering was very loose, vehicle was out of alignment. Oil pressure light and gauge kept indicating both low oil and low oil pressure. I will never again rent from this location and may never again rent a UHaul truck as it appears that the company is not concerned with the quality of their vehicles and the safety of their customers.

Robert GAlways great customer service at this location- convenient, quick and easy to communicate is what makes it the ideal location for all storage / Uhaul needs. My one suggestion is a bigger parking lot - the current lot is very small to get large trucks parked in. Only 7-8 parking spaces at this location. Otherwise always a great experience.
Kyle RLinda at Midguard very quickly and efficiently helped me deal with providing transit trucks on the spur of the moment to help unload a 80 foot moving van and transfer my household goods to my storage units in the midst of a poring rainstorm.
Thomas MI dropped off equipment a day earlier and the location was closed. So I called the next day to confirm to the personnel working there that I dropped off equipment earlier. She said that it wasn't there and put me on hold for a physical check and again said that it wasn't there. So now frustrated I went back to this location and spoke to the employee again pertaining the equipment I dropped off. So we both went out and I walked straight exactly where I left it! I don't think she bothered looking too hard for it even after giving her the equipment number also. Just wasn't a good experience. And the only thing she said was "I swear that wasn't here this morning ". So I guess I'm a liar. No sorry, or I must have overlooked or nothing. Very un professional.

She thought of things that were helpful and things that had slipped my mind due to being so busy with life. She made it easier and not so dreadful.
