TY TFantastic service.
PAMELA UI have to say, being a new resident of Hampstead or any where for that matter ( my husband is military we have traveled to many places) , the older gentleman that handled our rental was the most generous and humble man. His customer service went above and beyond. I didn't even mind waiting while he conversed with another customer because he treated us like we were another friend and took the time to get to know us. If I am in need of another rental I will for sure be using this facility.
JESSICA SGentleman was very helpful and took care of us on his day off. Truck was in great shape and clean. Will rent again!

JERRY DDropped off after hours. Didn't like I got charged for a cleaning fee, I am not cleaning someone else's mess. $25 charge for the prior renters mess is ridiculous. Didn't have anyone I could talk to either bc of after hours drop off.

Roy CI understand the need to ensure the security of the equipment but for the technology-challenged having to take a picture of your ID and text it is frustrating especially when the site is not cooperating. The agent finally had to do it manually. Luckily the next patient in line was very understanding. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Greg SThe facility itself is not kept as clean and orderly as other UHaul locations, and you tend to have to stand and wait for service, but the truck worked fine. The lady that assisted me really took great care of me!!

Timothy LGentleman signing me in was very nice and hooked up my trailer rather fast. Easy pull out and back in area where the trailers are located. Turning lane on HWY 17 if headed south to make it easy to merge into traffic.
