They were very helpful as I needed a new ball on my hitch and the fixed everything ! Great service!

Adam SLocation was a car repair facility and car sales lot. 1 parking spot was available. Found the " U Haul area" behind and off to the side if the building as I left and thw truck I rented was already locked and parked. Poor signage and instructions as to where to park.
WILLIAM NThere is no issue with the location. The issue is with your absolute horrendous website and customer service process. It was a THREE HOUR ORDEAL to attain the vehicle. In the end, I was also accused of not returning the truck. On a 1-10 scale with 10 being the best, I give you a -36. Never again will I use your service and will convince as many people as I can to do the same. It will be interesting to see if you even respond.
John PWhen a company no longer wants to provide uhauls, take them off your site. I originally chose a different pick up site and was rerouted to a different site.

jeffery dThe process to get the truck took too long and had to give what seemed like 50 phone numbers that we had to give them. An the process to return the tuck was crazy!! We had to take a million pictures of the truck!! It took us like 25 minutes to just return the truck!!

Denise KShe had nothing but negative things to say about U-Haul and said they were to busy to take on U-Haul at that company then turned around and said I didn't return my trailer til 345 p when in fact I had it back by 2 .but she was to busy to check it in til 345 . I shouldn't have to pay for that. It took my over an hour to do paperwork once there as she didn't know what she was doing. Poor poor job
