BERNETTA MThe representative at this dealer was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to assist when U-Haul was having a nationwide database issue. My mobile pick up time was 7am ; however U-Haul's system was down and could not process the mobile pickup until they came up which was close to 10:00am.
