I was unaware the 10’ truck has no ramp.
Peter HI had a terrific experience with UHaul at Milrent, Inc. When I first stopped by Caz was very helpful to me in narrowing down my options and what my move might require. In the days that followed and on the day I picked up my truck, Melissa was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to any friend when they need UHaul trucks. Cheryl GPhysical location is good. Automated pickup was awful. Please fix the uhaul app & website so they don't fail with internal errors during the pickup process. And make the website login page work with with Firefox Mobile!
Jeremy AOne of the few places remaining where you can just walk in and rent what you need, rather then dealing with on-line reservations and waiting for someone to call back to say if the item is available.

Natalie Has a first time, do it yourself check out process, it was a little difficult to determine exactly what it was I needed to do. I suppose the most difficult part was finding the proper link in the email sent, or the link off the webpage after arrival and signing in. took a little longer than expected, but OK. A dispute, however, is that I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. Seems that that's charged regardless. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company against the charge. Hopefully between you, it will be resolved. you do offer on check out a picture of the inside of the back of the truck to prove cleanliness. I did do that. Yet, the charge went through anyway.

kathy bI waited 3 1/2 hours to get my code to get the keep tour app is a big load of shit. Truck had check engine light hardly any fuel. This whole ordeal fucked up my day!!!! Not sure if I'll ever rent from uhaul again!!!!

ROBYN RMileage estimate was on the very low side as I had to drive the vehicle to my home first and not directly to Saratoga. Cost me an extra $40 which really wasn't fair.

Julian GI did not know that I would need to use the mobile app in order to return after biz hours. Trying to download and use in the rain was not working. Tried from house once I dropped off same day in evening and was told to take pix from location which I could not do. Very frustrating.

Laferne jI don't think it was fair that I had to travel over 60 miles round-trip and pay for it when I have 3 uhaul locations within a mile.
Shane YThe customer service people working there were horrible - Rude, unprofessional and down right nasty. Terrible experience with them. To improve tell them not to be so incredibly rude, short and apathetic and irresponsible. Ive never met a more grouchy set of people in my life in one place.
ken sMake it easier to pick up vehicle from lock boxes.. It is complcated.. To many layers to get to the right person to help and then they don't stay on the phone to make sure you get your keys for the vehicle.

Valerio PI moved myself from Westchester County to upstate New York over several months and rented 5 trucks from Milrent in Cortlandt Manor. They were amazing! Yolanda, Melissa, and Caz took great interest in my project and provided outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my time schedule was met with the proper trucks and equipment. I highly recommend using Milrent. You will not be disappointed.
