With Uhaul, my small move was painless. Seriously.! I tore my rotator cuff at work, so my boys did all the lifting. The rental was even easier.
BRIAN HHen we oicked up tryck, we had to tromp thru snow to get to it. However. There were several trucks on lot that were not in snow. Back door was frozen shut. After getting the truck and driving, it became apparent that there was an issue with driver's side mirror. It kept "pointing down" and we had to pull over (alot) to keep readjusting it. For the amount of money we paid, it should have been a safer ride.

KEITH Mtruck was returned sat 6th , before the location was open ,so we did not have any interaction with personnel.... however, the drop off was very convenient. unfortunately , personnel informed me the day before, that our returned truck would be rented out immediately, so we had tu hurry to return it and could not keep it longer. when speaking to personnelle later on the day it was returned, I informed them of the condition of the drive but the truck had already been rented without much attention to it's driving condition and to someone who would be going out of state. we hope they arrived safely!

Joseph COnly location that had a truck for us to rent which was 30 min from us. Closed on Sundays so the keys were in a lock box and it was a ridiculous task that took 45 min and a few phone calls to Uhaul to get them . So we finally get into the truck and there are no pads and no furniture dollie for us ??? So we call uhaul again and they said oops sorry we don't have any you can drive an hour to get some . What are you kidding me !!! We requested to drop off the truck at a closer location and they say yes in the beginning and then got an email stating we must drop off truck at the pick up location or it will cost us more money.! Just an absolute terrible experience!!!!

Norman STrailer was clean and in good shape however the tires were bald. Notified uhaul location personnel of the issue.
Bill MMake the app more user friendly. I checked the truck back in when I returned it but by a few hours later it was saying that I had not returned the truck yet even though I did 12 hours early.
Christina LWe were mitre than disappointed with uhalls Communication with us, it was unacceptable. We originally were to pickup 15' truck in Minersville Pa. The day before our pick up date, we decided to confirm. We were told there was no truck available, kee in mind, we reserved our truck Sept 2. Never expected this. We were then told to go to Shillington, Pa to pick up a truck. First of all Shillington is out of our way, and secondly, they had NO TRUCK for us. We ere told to then go to original location in Minersville Pa. , to be disappointed again when we were givin a 20' truck. Please understand, we are traveling from Williamstown NJ to our destination 3 hours away. Why did this happen? It certainly wasn't the fault of the local rental people, but on YOUR END. This let a very sour taste for UHAUL and your operation. I want an explanation and expect a phone call. The rental was in my husbands name, Kevin Larson, the credit card is in my name. CURTIS MI gave the site 24 hour notice that I would pick up the next day. Instead of preparing the vehicle they gave me a vehicle that was really low in tire pressure (53 psi when it should be 80) and no wiper fluid. they didnt even have a compressor to pump up tire. I pumped up tore to 80 and the truck sat overnight after loading it. next morning i check tire and it was 69psi. Did not appreciate getting a vehicle that clearly had an issue with a slow leak and nothing was done about it ahead of time.
Thomas FDropped off on a day they were closed. Nothing to do with the location but..The online return system is a mess. No where was there the option to download pictures of the truck. I took pictures and stuffed the key in the slot (which was an effort because of the key ring). An hour later I go back on the site and the option to download pictures was there. So i did so. However, there was an additional task that was not on the page previously which was to drop off the rental agreement. The page had previously said to keep it for you records. So i drove back to the location to put the agreement in the slot. VERY CONFUSING.
Sean WI went on the U-Haul app and reserved a trailer for $34 and when I got there my reservation was a motorcycle trailer which usually costs $14,5 a day. You ripped me off in my opinion.
Gregory ROur dolly was wrong size and had no straps to secure furniture it was used for, seems we were given one smaller due to unavailability of the correct sized one I reserved wc made it a difficult situation moving several tall and heavy items that itwas needed for.

Patrick MI was a little upset because when I got in the truck it had a bad odor, and nothing was wiped. So I had to wipe and disinfected the truck. Other wise the service was fast, and I did not have to wait, and the gentlemen that helped me, was very nice and all the paper work was done fast Good Service.
