Christina L.We were mitre than disappointed with uhalls Communication with us, it was unacceptable. We originally were to pickup 15' truck in Minersville Pa. The day before our pick up date, we decided to confirm. We were told there was no truck available, kee in mind, we reserved our truck Sept 2. Never expected this. We were then told to go to Shillington, Pa to pick up a truck. First of all Shillington is out of our way, and secondly, they had NO TRUCK for us. We ere told to then go to original location in Minersville Pa. , to be disappointed again when we were givin a 20' truck. Please understand, we are traveling from Williamstown NJ to our destination 3 hours away. Why did this happen? It certainly wasn't the fault of the local rental people, but on YOUR END. This let a very sour taste for UHAUL and your operation. I want an explanation and expect a phone call. The rental was in my husbands name, Kevin Larson, the credit card is in my name.
