Adekunle BThe lady that was behind the counter that helped me was excellent. Very nice to work with. Unfortunately the truck was dirty, and smelled like cigarettes and was not cleaned out. There was empty bottles and cigarette butts and I could not see out the windows or the mirrors so I had to clean them before driving away. The staff were great, but the equipment was not very nice at all, unfortunately.
Lee HWhen I arrived, they didn't seem to know what they were doing and the check in process took a very long time. I checked off that the truck was clean but upon further investigation, it was not. All the cup holders and cubbies were filled with crumbs and drips. It was pretty gross. The truck did seem to work fine even though we couldn't move the side mirrors at all which made the driving experience feel a little unsafe. Overall, it wasn't my greatest experience with U-Haul
Kevin KI was charged multiple times 4 to be extremely honest I paid more then I've ever had to pay using this uhaul and I've never had to pay more then 49,99 in my life not only did I pay that I paid 79,99 + 44,99 + 29,99 then was charged for miles and gas on top of the 4 payments that was taken from my account then told is my fault I will never use uhaul again
