REBECCA BThe small box truck I rented was dusty, and the seat was not easily moveable to accommodate my short height. Upon arrival at my location, I was finally able to adjust seat for my height. Before return my daughter, and I noticed trash from previous customer (coke, and another drink can inside doors). This is the first time I've had an issue with this location. Maybe, before each rental, take a Clorox wipe to dash and seats, and spray a fabric deodorizer. Also, steering wheel was shaking at 45mph, and right side tire wobble.

MARK CAlways great experience with rental process at this location. Love that! The truck was a bit rough. Visor was hanging down and missing hardware, writing on windshield was annoying.

TONY AThe best uhaul facility I have ever been to. I will only go to them. I have went to other Uhaul facilities in the past , summit drive is the best.
Robin WThe pins that release the ramps were very hard to pull out to release the ramps. I told the guys at the location they needed to be looked at.
RONALD TOld uhaul that drove terribly. The ramp had welds broken and you had to manually lift a bar inside the ramp storage compartment to put it away putting your hands in a dangerous position with sharp metal and moving parts. The location also charged me for a full extra day when I was slightly late as my drop-off time was their closing time. Final note is the man added more miles than I told him id be driving to inflate the price.

Kevin LThe patron at this U-Haul facility deserves a 11 on service. His equipment was impecable and I was able to leave with it quickly. However, I will give a -10 (the worst at online service) to U-Haul for making me drive 45 miles North from my home to pick up the motorcycle trailer. The initial equipment reservation was at 4,5 mi away from my place but they decided that I should go farther to grab the equipment. I wish there was another company doing equipment rentals around Fort Knox.

Sierra MThe cab of the truck was pretty dirty. The cup holders and headliner were pretty gross. The overall experience and ease of rental was great and we will absolutely use this location for any future U-Haul needs.

HECTOR SThe truck that we rented was terrible. Nothing wrong with the location the truck tires at 60 miles an hour were jumping around all over the place. This made me very fearful to drive this truck. The tires in the front are bad & not safe for driving. I don't believe that it was the suspension on this truck.
