While advertised as $19,95 a DAY it actually was per 4 hours, so I was about 20 minutes over the 4 hours and was charged an additional day , both the day rate and the insurance . A complete rip off. I will find a more honest company for future rentals.

The rep was unprofessional and incompetent. She did not know what she was doing. She needed me to provide a picture of my license and I asked her how I can send it to her. Her response was "I don't know" hence the lack of professionalism. I also was supposed to receive two furniture movers and moving blankets as I requested online. They told me that they didn't have any as soon as I showed up to the shop. A heads up ahead of time would have been greatly appreciated. Lastly, as soon as I got in the moving truck, the gas light was on. They should have filled it up enough for it to not have the gas light on, I was concerned that I was not going to make it to the gas station. Overall, it was a terrible experience and would recommend a different location to others unless proper training gets done at this shop.
Brendon HWaited almost an hour for my rental. They did not have any of the extra equipment that I reserved (Blankets, Hand Truck, or Dollies. The employees were nice but the system needs some major improvements at this location.
William KThe people behind the desk did not know how to complete the rental and had to call someone who walked them through it over the phone. it was a slow process and i had already done all of this on the mobile app prior to pick up so I don't know why i had to do it again.
