Someone from u haul called me at 6 am and woke me up ... They changed the pick-up location and I called for 3 hours to verify... No one ever picked up the phone... Horrible experience

Make sure the husk is cleaned and the customer has what they ordered There was a mattress in the back No Dollie’s that I order no furniture pads and no utility dollie that I paid for to help me move

This location is a gas station/convenience store. The location could be better. However, the clerk, despite being very busy, worked on my reservation and I was happy with the transaction.

Closed but easy drop off

It was an online checkin at dropoff location. The only thing that I would recommend that UHaul do for its customers is to advice them that they have to stop at all agricultural stops on the highway. Nothing was stated in the paperwork that I read, nor were we advised, so consequently we spent an extra 30 minutes being pulled over by them for not going through their checkpoints along the highway.

Only issue was windshield was dirty on the inside. Most noticeable at night with vehicles coming at you.

Keys were left in lockbox but weren't confirmed until 4 days later. It was quite concerning and I had to call twice to confirm the drop off.

There is no one actually on site. This location is a gas station. There's no one there to check you out or check you in. They will have to call someone to come to the location in my experience, the person that checked me in added equipment and services to the rental that I didn't request. They added the insurance that I did not. When I placed my order, I requested a dolly. The location did not have a dolly, yet I was charged for one. U-Haul customer service is of no help. They weren't able to resolve my issues when I called in repeatedly. They weren't able to reverse the charges that were on my contract and I did not authorized or request.

I will be disputing the fuel charge I received. Turned it in with as much as I received it with. Dropped a key in a box. No one to review the turn in with. Was a gas station. If someone wanted to discuss the fuel level at turn in dispute could have been avoided. Overall was not an experience that would make me a promoter of your services.

It's just a drop off, no U-Haul employees. Guy was nice but didn't really care.
