TERRILL DThe truck was difficult to steer due to alignment. The cab of the truck was filthy. The truck definitely needs the attention of a mechanic. I will not use this location again.

DEVEARN WI only needed the truck for a few hours and it was extremely over priced. Almost 90 to rent and the gas hand went from 3/4 full and when I was returning it the gas was exactly on half tank. I put 50 in gas and the gas hand didn't move at all from the half full mark. It was a ten foot truck and although the tank is larger, I question the calculations of the fuel indicator. I was told if the gas hand didn't register where it was when I took the truck, additional charges would occur. I suggest you take the false advertisement of 19,95 out of the windows of the uhauls. It's profoundly misleading.

ANGIE AWhen we went to turn in the U-Haul, the person that we spoke to tried to get us to turn it to a location across town that would have been extremely inconvenient. He told us that there wasn't room at the normal location that we return at which is about 2 miles from us. The owners were at our normal location and said sure that we could drop it there. We were very disappointed to have been tried to be forced to take it to another location that was so far away.

Torend EDrop off went great the only problem was the fuel. When we picked it up the gentleman told us half a tank. We put gas in it the night before and I thought had actually left a little over a half a tank. We were charged $11 for fuel. Other than that all good.
