The process to automate the rental and return process was horrible

THOMAS CI went to drop off my Uhaul on saturday when it was due. The staff was out for lunch without a single person to receive me. They were also closed on Sunday. So I come back monday morning (having already left the truck there saturday) to drop off the keys. The person then tells me I am going to have to pay for two extra days. He was unreasonable and stubborn and did not accept any responsibility for him not having staff there on saturday when I went to drop it off. I was very happy with my Uhaul experience until I met this man. If I am not charged for two extra days I will be sure to use Uhaul again and recommend it to my friends and family. If I am charged two extra days I will be sure to denounce Uhaul and never use your service again. This is not about money, it is about principle. I turned my truck in on time and should not be charged for two extra days.

Gerardo MGuy attendant was rude and unprofessional..told us to inspect the truck ourselves and take pictures, he refused to inspect truck and left us talking to ourselves...truck was dirty, I filled up the truck and didn't even get a credit for there rudeness...or the extra gas .Never again!!! I rented from Penske to drive my sister's belongings from San Antonio to Mission, they were absolutely wonderful...next time I'm going with them... So DISAPPOINTED in you!!!!
