Michael was super flexible and accommodating with the hours I needed to come and grab the trailer!
Jared PWe arrived shortly before another lady who claimed she hand tented the same truck as we did. Her truck number was in fact not the same as the truck that we had, but she was still very persistent that the rental was hers. Fortunately I was able to get my key from the lock box with the help of Doug and we went ahead and took the truck while she was still trying to contact customer service. The lock was difficult to open but with some assistance we were able to get in. The pick up experience was unpleasant overall due to the other patron who was angry about the truck, but the rest of the experience was fine.

Maria VThe power cord for the lights broken and need to be replaced. Lights wiring backwards vehicle blinking left trailer blinking right. Had to purchase adapter and replacement cord. One ramp jamed and would not come out. Had to take in to local mechanic to get it operational. Very poor service.

STEVE DWhen I arrived to drop off the truck, I followed all instructions provided in the app, had meticulously swept out the back of the trailer, left it at exactly half a tank of gas just as it had been when I picked it up, and was in the middle of snapping photos when I was rudely accosted by one of the truck drivers or personnel at the MW Towing location. There was no clear signage in the parking lot indicating where to park the U-Hauls or a fence separating them from the rest of the truck parking, so I had pulled up and tucked in the U-Haul along a line of 5 other U-Hauls thinking I had left a lane with plenty of clearance for trucks to still move through. A truck driver or someone affiliated with this location proceeded to get out and, rather than offer to take the keys and move it for me to his preferred location so it would be "out of the way" for the trucks, demanded that I tuck it up close against the side of the building. Then as I was walking to drop off the keys in the deposit box he was laughing at me for my "foolish" decision to move to Yankton and telling me to buy a gun to stay safe because of the recent spike in violent crime. It was horribly rude and I will not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone ever again because of it.

Rockford RThe only thing that always concerns me is dropping the trailer off with no one at the store to verify that I brought it back. I just do with to be charged extra of charged for for someone else taking it. I used it and had it returned within 3 hours.
LAWRENCE W1 hour before pickup, an employee from MW towing called and said he couldn't make the scheduled time and suggested we change to a key pick up...i agreed because it sounded like he had personal problems and i agleed...never again, because it took us 45 min to figure out how to get a key because we did what we were told on how to get a code on line, but had to talk to 3 different people to get the code for he key. MW towing sucks for a drop off place because they apparently don't have someone dependable to take care of business....it only takes one time for a bad visit.
Clair WuHaul truck was gross-had crap all over the windows and windshield. Was hard to see out of. The uHaul also wasn't accessible for us to get in and go. Had an 18 wheeler parked on its backside.
Nathaniel MWe were moving to our new place as they were out I had made a reservation and They were very pleasant and accommodating when I called to move up our date definitely will recommend MW towing and their crew. Greg got me all hooked up and returning the U haul was very easy to park

Ray WEveryone was very nice. Easy to work with, amazingly no. Only surprise, when I rented the trailer online, he gave me a price, but did not tell me this price was just to reserve the trailer. We did not get charged for this, but it was a different price when he actually picked up the trailer. The customer support needs to rephrase the way they give information
Amanda WThe guy came out of the shop with a cigarette hanging from his lips. Inspected the trailer then went into his office while he made me disconnect the trailer and move it inline with the others. I will never use this location again.

Rick Jlights on 1st trailer did not work, 2nd trailer had break and turn lights but later found out the taillights and running lights did not work.
Adam CWe thought we we would receive a couple of days credit since bad weather was in the forecast, so we pushed to get ahead of the storm and returned the trailer 2 days ahead of time. We paid for 5 days and only had it 3. Thank You.
