It's not the location's fault as it was delivered to them with only 1/4 tank of gas, but having a full tank of gas to start would be great and would make it much easier at the end as you could just fill it back up and not have to guess at how much to put in. Jeff was awesome at My Office Plus!

VERNON HI fueled the truck (watching the gauge while I pumped) and got it to the exact amount that I picked it up. 5 miles later when I dropped it off, I was charged a $18 fuel charge. Why don't you check the trucks out at full and expect them to be returned as full? Your system seems set up to either get extra fuel from a customer who didn't use it down to the check-out level, or to get a fuel charge from people who don't hit the "exact" amount.

greg jThe remote check in was a nightmare. It took an hour, a computer and two cell phones to get checked in so I could have the truck. An hour that I had to pay for and cut into our moving time. The lock to get the key out was exceedingly difficult to open. The rotation lock lined up poorly. Once opened the door to the key didn't slide open well. It kept getting stuck before we could get it opened wide enough to get the key out. I was charged $10 for moving pads that were not there.

SCOTT RThe employee who checked me in was very rude. When I was leaving he was throwing his arms up in the air telling another customer how big of a problem I was. He decided to check two of us in at the same time instead of checking in the lady in front of me. She waited outside for 10 min on him to finish checking me in. Then when he goes out, he is blaming me for making her wait. He is highly unprofessional and does not need to deal with the public. When I dropped it off there was another lady there checking me out. I could hear him on the phone complaining that I was late. She was nice, he was very rude. No I will never rent from this spot again, and will encourage others not to. The dude needs some customer service skills. He even tried arguing with me about the insurance. Anyways, good luck
Bobby DIt wasn't the stores fault. But there was no internet and it took me an hour and a half to pick up my truck. Then i called to submit a complaint and have been waiting for someone to call me and no one ever has. The experience was awful and I don't plan on using uhaul ever again.

MICHAEL Fmake sure that all the fluids are topped off before letting a customer take off in one of your trucks. the truck i rented had absolutely no oil reading on the dip stick so who knows what that engine went through being driven without oil before i rented it. thats just crazy!
