JUAN Fwe went over for a couple hours, and we were charge for an entire day and I called to try to get an answer why and they were not very helpful I will be reaching out to my bank because I don't agree with the cost of the final charged.

STEPHANIE OVery rude. I stood there for 25 minutes to get my truck while four people called and he helped them while I waited. I'm not sure why they couldn't be put on hold while he finished helping me. Then very rude when I returned the truck. I've always gotten my trucks from this location. Never again.

DEBRA SDon't be put-off by the fact that the actual price isn't the $19,95 or $29,95 you see on the trucks. There's a per mile charge, and insurance charge (optional). But the end result is a fair price, for a well-maintained vehicle. It's quick, everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. I'll definitely use this location again if I need a truck for a project.

Joseph ZSaid they opened at 9:00, service person did not arrive until 9:45, I understand things can happen, 45 minutes of me waiting and paying my mover is something that is not acceptable. The person that arrived was WONDERFUL, great customer service. I would use this location was fabulous because of her!

GLADYS WThe lady at the desk has no customer service skills at all. She seemed to be texting as I asked her about my rental and barley looked up to look at me as we spoke. She seemed to be annoyed at the fact that she had to do her job, and frankly was rude. I am sure we could find a different place in town for a rental with better customer service.
