ROBIN BThe picture taking process needs to be revamped. It made me take literally 4-6 pictures to complete multiple sections when returning the truck. My guess is the lighting. Sunny day where the truck was parked there where shadows on areas. Repeating the same picture is ridiculous. Moving the truck for better lighting not possible either.fix the app.

Michael BThe Yuba City office called me and asked if I could drop off the truck at another location. I agreed to do that. The place where I picked it up was angry that that happened and asked me to drop it back off at his place. He was told that "I" requested the drop off location change, which was a complete lie. This is what infuriates me. I was then told to drop the truck off at the original location then I got charged for location drop off change.

Wendy LI had a reservation from 3 weeks prior at a location within 10 mins of the apartment we needed to move. This location was close to a half hour away. Nothing wrong with the location but it was inconvenient for our needs.
Peter Kwas not opened at time reserved.. owner was late. wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't 37degrees outside!!!
michele wEmployee had trouble with my reservation and used my email and phone number for somebody else's reservation.

Chad ALoved that they allowed me to drop off in paradise n not chico the guy saved us a lot of time n ya it was really windy ️ that day to ... So I felt way safer and he probably saved my life ..... Thank you ... Made the trip for Detroit Michigan back to paradise just fine ... Thank goodness ...

Louis COffer some incentives, promote more business customers, with the gas prices and the cost of living these days ,promotions are always the best when it comes to business! (examples only)-rent for five days get one day free . Rent any three get one day free rental Casinos Have Promotions all the time, why not U-Haul have them too?
