They have a $20 after hour drop off fee which I don’t like and makes me hesitant to rent from this location

This is the best U-Haul location I've ever been to. Extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Fantastic!
JAMEY TService was great. The equipment was well maintained and drove well. The only issue was that I had to pay for 19 additional miles because the pickup location was 15 miles away from Lumberton and the drop off location was in Wilmington, 7 miles from my destination in Castle Hayne, NC. Therefore, the allowed mileage was less than the actual mileage, point-to-point. Otherwise, no complaints.

TYRESE RTruck was dead. Truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas. Location was nice and easy to get to. But the truck was not ready for pickup making us take an hour of our rental time to simply get the truck started and off the rental lot.
