This location was amazing! Super helpful and the owner/workers were extremely kind! I will continue and always rent from this location as I've never had an experience as good as this one! Since it was raining this day, as soon as they saw me getting the key, someone came out and offered to move the truck out of the mud for me so it wouldn't be an issue in case it was stuck. Something so simple went above and beyond! Definitely has my recommendations as a pickup or drop off location

HEATHER LFound out the night before that pick up was changed from Purcell to Maysville which added around an hour to time before we could load. Then the check engine light came on when we got to Purcell. Found out an hour later we had to go to Norman to get another truck after already loading three quarters of the truck. Went to Norman and found out it was an o2 sensor so we could still drive the truck. Now we had lost nearly two hours in just loading time not to mention all the driving time. We did not get out until 6 pm, originally planned 2 pm, after all of the delays which made our arrival in Michigan on Tuesday not until 11:30 pm which we should have been in around 5 pm. This caused an issue on our next day because we could not unload on Tuesday. Frustrated from the delays which added to our long drive.
