The opposite of the pick up location. Unhelpful. I returned vehicle with a almost full tank and they charged me for an empty tank. This location was a discredit to tour business and may make me consider other alternatives.
Glenn NKeep the reservation someone makes so they don't have to drive to another location in some creepy area at a shady convenience store. Then when you are told you can drop your truck off at the original location , make sure that everyone is aware of the that fact so that when you arrive to return in the rain after a day of moving you dont then spend 35 minutes hassling about the fact with no resolution. The owner of the convenience store never returned my call -I have no idea what they are going to try and charge me even though I put more gas in the tank than it had when I picked it up. I will never use U-Haul again.
Marlowe HThe 3rd party who provided my truck is the ONLY reason this rating is excellent not U Haul. Tiffany went above and beyond in handling my order. However U Haul was to provide me with additional items that she did not have. I was to go to the Harry Hines location which was not near my move because Harry Hines didn't even have them and advised me to call another location (Westmoreland & Kiest) where I was told they didn't have an order in their system or a truck rented, even though Tiffany could see the items in her system and so could Harry Hines. U Haul basically allowed me to pay for items they didn't provide and I still haven't been refunded. U Haul used to be the go to place for all things moving, but I'm pretty sure I will not use U Haul again because of their poor customer service and misleading website. KUDOS to Tiffany at New Season 24 for providing stellar business practices!
