WENDY DEnsure the truck is checked in correctly. Ensure when they book months in advance there is something close by or call more than 24 hours prior to pick up. Ensure the drop off location does not have someone mean and rude there. Ensure when booking to a location online the location is an active UHaul rep, or take them off line. Ensure that you realize people booking trucks from Saskatchewan to BC can not just change all of their plans to drive an extra 6 hours or pick up a truck more than half the size. Ensure that trailer lights are working on vehicle transports. The people I spoke with on the phone were polite however, an earlier call when things would not be available would have been better for my travels. We received a discount and some extra days to unload but the truck we got was not well maintained and neither was the car hauler. I hope I never have to use uhual ever again. The added stress on an already stressful move was horrible and made me miss work. The truck pulling to the right and it's odd shifting made my 16 hour drive over 22 hours and I could barely move when I finally got out of the truck.
Kelly HDuring my drop off, the location where you park all uhual equipment is very far back from the store itself. The GPS in the uhual app will not let you enter any information, and just says incorrect location.

Lee-Ann BWe were supposed to pick up from Swan River, but they did not have our truck, even though we reserved it online. This meant we had to drive two hours away to pick it up from Hudson Bay. It cost us an extra day. We were not impressed. This is not the first time we've had problems with the Swan River location.

STEPHEN CNO trailer jack..had to manual lift to hook up trailer ..Very unsafe and put anyones back at risk..INstall trailer jacks ! Trailer Jack Capacities range from 500 to 2000 lbs. with a lifting range of 15"....
