Dolly and moving pads that I paid for were not in the truck, and the online check in process gave me a hard time with adding photos to show that. The page kept reloading and wiping my progress, made picking up the truck long and tedious. Paid for something I did not receive!!
Katie MVan was extremely dirty and lo9ks like it was never cleaned. My mistake that I didn't check the back of th van and only realized when reach the place where I had to pick the stuff and at that point I had no choice but to use it as I was 70 km away from where I rented the van.
Imtiaz HI was overcharged, charged for fule when it was return on 7/8 line I purchased it. I would not recommend to anyone because of this experience.

Jenitha FThe 10' truck I rented was not there, had t been returned, so I had to pay extra for a 15' truck which almost empty on gas. And the key would not unlock the drivers side door, wife had to go through passenger side which was not locked, and open drivers door from the inside.

ANDREW Buhaul wasn't cleaned before picking up, then i was incorrectly charged a cleaning fee. The fee was reimbursed though.
Brendan LThe location and its employees were great, but U Haul's insurance sucks. Better not to buy it at all, as it doesn't cover your trip incidents like roadside assistance and lockout!! That's super weird as I had to spend $295 for lockout and battery boosting services! Total ripoff by U haul..

Syvil WLet the customer take final pictures of the mileage and fuel. As i was only supposed to pay 73 dollars. 100 tops for driving extra mileage but only went over by a small amount of km. Drove 80 km in total and final bill came to over 250 dollars. Put a dispute in and no one contacts me and they continue to try withdrawing different amounts od money every two weeks twice a day

Nicholaas VThe vendors were very friendly and helpful.... the truck was very bad on gas and could probably use a tune up...there was a lot of play in the steering wheel which led to some wondering on the highway also the transmission seemed to rev very high before changing gears...it could be geared that way for heavy loads....suspension was stiff and made for a rough ride....the beast still did it's job and we are very grateful.
Julie Fsweep and mop out the back of the truck as weII as the cab area. cab area was dirty with an oId banana peeI on the fIoor. the cargo ara was fiIthy with dirt and straw and smeIIed awfuI. had to ask before Ieaving for them to sweep out the back, which was done quickIy and without care as i had to take the truck home and wet mop the cargo area and drove it to peterboro with the back door open to try to reIieve the horribIe odour. i mopped it with a heavy cIeaner just to get the dirt off the fIoor.

William Nit is better to give customers idea about vehicles' gas consumption rate, like how many litres per 100 miles. It will be very helpful to fill-in gas in right volume before return the vehicles.
zhou jWhen I spoke to the attendant to say that the gas was not at the quarter tank mark and was below the eighth mark, the person said it was a quarter by the record and that was that. I had to fill in gas soon after because the light went on. After finishing, I put in gas to what was originally in the van when I got it - an eighth of a tank. When I received the bill, the paper said the original tank was an a quarter - which it was not. The final tank was an eighth, which was what I received the van at. I was charged the fuel to reach a quarter tank and then a fuel service charge. This was not fair customer service by the attendant who refused to verify that the tank was not at the stipulated quarter tank mark. I am very disappointed by the service. The van was great, but NOT the CUSTOMER SERVICE at Niharika Grocery & Convenience.
Jing YYou over charged me have pictures that the person before me put no gas in and we put gas in for our 5 min trip not acceptable
Steve AIt was a poor experience overall, I usually would not give a poor review however in this case I feel inclined to because I reached out to customer service since we were given a truck with no gas - to the point where the gas light came on BEFORE we left the parking lot and we were told to "return the truck with the same amount of gas it came with". We filled the truck up with a quarter tank since we weren't going far. We used it for less than half of the time we expected to use it and returned it very early. We were SHOCKED and disappointed to see a $30+ charge for returning it with less than a quarter of a tank of gas!! I sent an email to follow up and as of this review, I gave them ample time to follow up with me to rectify the situation. So displeased and will never return. If I had known, I would have filled up more or would have told them to give us a truck with more than fumes! So disappointed, will never recommend.

Fred Rthe only item is that the truck smell like the previous user smoke inside the truck and there was no way the smell went away so it was a bit of disappointment . But we were warned before by the owner of the u-haul location.

J-Robert TThe clerk did not ask me if I wanted the insurance and automatically added it to my bill…My insurance company covers me for renting cars, so when I got home it was an additional $16, which I was not expecting…so my bill was higher than I expected. I guess I should have told him but all other rentals I have done have asked me. I had the truck less than an hour so the insurance doubled what I thought I would be paying….he should have asked me …other than that I had a good experience….
JOHNKEITH SI was charged $61 when i only rented the uhaul for 20 hours and was supposed to be a total of $30 including the insurance we purchased. Extremely disappointed in this and have to now contact uhaul and the store owner and figure out why i was charged so much.
Taylor SYou need multiple lock boxes at this location. I booked for 8:00 AM pick up using truck share, but couldn't access it because someone else had a 6:45 AM pick up. I had the truck booked til 2 because I estimated that's how long my move would take. When I got the truck at 10:00, it set me back by 2 hours. The employee made certain that I knew that the truck had to be back by 2:00 PM because it was booked by someone else. So I lost 2 hours of moving time because U Haul isn't prepared for multiple bookings outside of business hours. Otherwise, the employee was very professional and kind. Just need a second lock box

GERRY WAgain unhappy with uhauls mode of operation. They were unable to give me a itemized list of expenses and confirm what the charge to my credit card would be. Unprofessional way of business. At this point I will never use uhaul again. Nor would I recommend it to any acquaintance of mine.

Anita RGot accused of smoking weed (from an odour of weed that was coming from outside NOT ANY PROOF of this happening!) in the uhaul … this ABSOLUTELY didn't happen . Charged a CLEANING fee for something I didn't do. Insane. I offered to call the cops to smell the vehicle. The employee then stormed off. Scammers! You need to PROVE something before accusing . I can't believe this experience.
Alissa MIn all honesty, this will be the ONLY location I use for rental vehicles, moving forward. The owner of the shop was kind, honest and just over-all a nice man. Bless your business and thank you for a smooth and honest rental
