Best customer service hands down! I hope I don't move again for many a years, but if I do I will go back to this location!

Paul PEveryone should come to Nix U-haul in Daingerfield to rent their U-haul equipment. The service everyone receives can not be matched by any other dealer.
Paul GThe only way U-Haul can improve their other dealers is to make them exactly like Nix Buildings / U-Haul. Look up the words efficient and expediate in the dictionary and you will see a picture of Nix Buildings / U-Haul.

Charles WNix Uhaul is absolutely wonderful. Uhaul company should improve your software. I have a login, enter my information, and pay for my rental online. When I get to Nix Uhaul to pick up the trailer I have to provide them with my information again. You are a large company and maybe it is time you spend what is necessary to upgrade your software.

SYLVAIN MPaperwork was done incorrectly and had to wait for it to be done again. First truck was associated wouldn't start. Finally got on our way and truck didn't have windshed wipers. Glad it was a nice day. They recalculated miles and charged me another 60.00. So not a good experience.
