First of all the truck needs a front in alinement. The transport was malfunctioning and was bent in some place. Especially where it connects and on top

Demetrius JThe drop off location was not open. I dropped trailer on Saturday, Feb 8, mid afternoon. The location is closed on Sat and Sunday's. I called Uhaul for assistance and was transferred several times trying to find an alternative drop off and just didn't receive any assistance. So the trailer was left in the yard of North Bay Auto

Rick bI had to go to three locations to get my truck. For a truck that I had reserved for three weeks in advance. I also had to drive 40 miles out of my way and spent two additional hours to get the truck and on top of all that I had to pay the men that were loading it two extra hours. It was not a good experience.

Terry BHonestly, the online check in process was easy since I had about the most helpful representative. I think her name was Valerie. She was simply awesome. Very knowledgeable and helped a technologically declined person like myself tremendously. If I had to rate her 0-5 stars, she's a 10! All in all a good experience with uhaul's equipment; everything worked as it should and all the instructions were easy enough to follow.

John RWhen I picked up the the truck, as I left the lot I noticed the air bag light was on. I should've returned it but due to time restraints and the availability of trucks, I decided to just go with it. It rode decent but the radio didn't work very well. Other than that service was great.
LARRY DOutstanding. They were prompt at checkout ant caught the fact that I had left my personal car key attached to the return vehicle key and quickly contacted me before I was to far Away from the facility. Saving me alot of wasted time going back to pick up or buying a new one.

Mike HSurprisingly the 26 foot truck and tandem trailer hauling my jeep performed flawlessly. And I mean I was heavy and the truck had plenty of power pulley the grades going to Nevada. I have to say I was impressed not only of the performance but it was a quiet comfortable ride as well. I would highly recommend uhaul to anyone. Thank you uhaul for a event free move.

Person who received the car from me was helpful, while agent at the front counter made comments regarding a slightly empty fuel tank that made me feel uneasy. He also avoid helping the person ahead of me to take care of my return which I found to be unprofessional.
