While the drive from Minot was a bit longer than I had wished to pickup the trailer, the location was easy to find. The customer service was outstanding and the whole pickup process was easy!

I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the trailer. The staff at Northside Autobody were amazing and I don't blame them. I blame Uhaul! I made this reservation well in advance and expect the trailer to be where it' supposed to be when I reserve it... otherwise why bother?? The compensation I "received" from Uhaul was hardly adequate as I was compensated for gas and time (although not needed), but couldn't be compensated for the time lost in having to drive 2 hours to pick up the trailer and begin loading it..
MATTHEW WEverything went so smoothly. The owner had everything ready and was very efficient and easy to work with.
