No clear indication of where the office is on the property. The agent did not state anything about doing a pre-trip inspection of the equipment. The only instructions he gave were to make sure the gas tank was filled to one-quarter (which is where it was when we picked it up) at time of return. The truck and towing dolly were parked and ready to go; he pointed at the truck, said "the keys are in it" and "have a nice trip". That was it. He seemed apathetic about the entire process. Also, the furniture pads we received (2 bags of them) were full of dry leaves and pine needles, clearly had not been cleaned from previous use. The truck had a loose mirror which did not become evident until we were loaded and on the highway - every time we hit a bump it would swing out, creating a safety issue as we were unable to see the right side of the truck or the roadway to change lanes. Ended up having to duct-tape it. The towing dolly had a bad tire, which we didn't realize until the following day when we had to call for roadside assistance. Both these issues should have been caught during inspection prior to us picking up the truck and dolly. UHaul DID give us a credit to compensate for these issues.

RYAN DThe parking brake didnt work. Vehicle was parked and started rolling down driveway, at two houses, and had to run and jump in it. Terrible!! Could have been a big safety issue with someone running & jumping on running boards to get in to stop the vehicle.
JAMES HI was told I would be charged $30 and was charged $60. Returned it when it was suppose to be, clean and filled with gas and was charged another $50! Not impressed and will be taking this further

JAMES EWeird setup as you had to walk down a hill in the back yard and then through a maze of a basement to get to a dimly lit room to finish the transaction. Truck did not seem to be wiped down in the cab, but was NOT messy. Check engine light was on for my truck, but just had the operator write a note on my contract so I was not held responsible for it. Other than that the truck ran great.
