I want to comment on the first location that we were supposed to use. It was in Rib Lake, WI. My husband went to that location to make sure they had the car dollie that we had reserved and they didn't. The owner told my husband he didn't have it and had no intention of getting. He was an absolute jerk. Not having that as an option I had to look to another location. We called Phillips and he had the dollie and was very helpful.
