CHRISTOPHER M#2&3 should be N/A as I returned the truck a day early & after hours. Of course, being a larger location, there were many trucks/trailers. This was my first time renting one-way so it would have been helpful to have a sign stating, "Rental Returns-Trucks/Trailers Here" like rental cars do.

JONATHON HThe link to where you put in your driver's license info didn't work, the scheduled pick up time was wrong, I had to wait an extra 90 min for the store to open where I picked up the uhaul, I ended up downloading the app but didn't find it very helpful. The online UHaul service is not great, the UHaul folks (actual humans) I spoke to over the phone were very helpful.

COLLEEN CPick up was easy, however, we ordered 2 moving pads. WE received 2 huge bags of tea. Thought about it while packing, and knew it couldn't be right. Also received an email that day that said our pads were being shipped to us???????? Dropped them off on our way out of town, the man at the desk could not comprehend any of tis, thought we didn't want the trailer, etc. Complete moron. I digress. Got to our destination, and found a FedEX package with the 2 pads we ordered. Guy at the drop off place had no clue how the could have happened. Will try & return the pads, as they are billing me $35 for them.
MARK KWhen we began loading and unloading, we found a number of silverfish in the truck and then on a couple of pieces of furniture we moved into the new location.

Rick HThe person in charge the day we picked up our trailer was challenged with at least 3 people there to rent at the same time. She was extremely professional and helpful the entire time, and we greatly appreciated her outstanding customer service.
CAROLE DI wish I could remember the gentleman who took care of my truck and trailer. He was amazing. I had a change of plans and needed the truck and trailer a day earlier. With nothing but an amazing attitude and abilities, he quickly got everything ready for me and was thorough making sure I knew everything for my trip. He even set up my Bluetooth so I could listen to my music on my 12 hour drive. Thank you mister amazing.
