PATRICIA BThe app was horrible when trying to finalize. Cell service was not good and I took every pic and then the app just froze and would not upload. Wasted a good 20 mins u til I gave up and the property offered to do it for me.
Brian MYour representative had never rented U-Haul equipment prior to my order. They rented vehicles and were unfamiliar with equipment. I had to engage them multiple time and each time it took them much too long to solve the issue. For example, I had to call multiple times to ensure they would have the dolly I ordered. I had I not followed up, they would not have had it. When I went to pick it up it took them over 20 minutes to figure out the procedure and paperwork. This was for a $10 appliance dolly. The lady I dealt with was sincere and tried to help, but they need training on equipment rentals. This experience was very different than other times I have rented from U-Haul.

Theodore GI've never been disappointed U-Haul gets people to their destinations safely and efficiently the representative as always was very informative and polite it's been the staple in this country for years for anyone who is traveling and in need of a reliable stable truck. The trucks are comfortable and fully equipped u forget ur in a truck because it's so comfortable thank u again U-Haul for another great experience
